Dentists & dental clinics

Websites for dentists that fill your appointment book

Before calling a new dentist, families check the website. They want to see who will treat them, what you offer and how easy it is to book. We build dental websites that answer all three and let patients request an appointment in under a minute.

Patients request appointments even when your office is closed.

FAQ

Questions from dentists.

How much does a dental website cost?

Plans start at $450 setup + $39/month. For a clinic with several treatments and online appointment requests, the Pro plan ($1,800 setup + $119/month) is the best fit. Smaller practices can start with Business ($950 setup + $69/month). Ask us about current promotions before you decide.

Can patients book appointments online?

Yes. Like on Ruby Dental, patients choose the treatment, date and time and leave their contact details. The request reaches you and you confirm it. If you already use scheduling software, we can link to it from your site instead.

Is the appointment form HIPAA compliant?

Our appointment request forms only ask for basic contact details (name, phone, preferred time), never medical history. If you want patients to fill out medical intake forms online, we recommend a HIPAA-compliant platform and link to it from your site.

Can my website be in English and Spanish?

Yes. Many families in the US prefer Spanish. We write and build bilingual sites so you reach both audiences, including every treatment page.

Do I need to write the treatment pages?

No. We write them in plain language based on what you tell us. You review them to make sure everything is clinically accurate before we publish.

Will my practice show up on Google Maps?

We set up and optimize your Google Business Profile and build pages for each treatment you offer. Rankings take time, but these are the foundations Google looks for.
